    Notes: Ensure the receiver above the fridge is powered on (remote control is kept in the drawer next to the fridge). There is also an AUX cord in the drawer.

    Make sure A/B is activated on the receiver, this turns on all 4 speakers.

    • Make sure projector cord is plugged in (outlet is on the West wall)

    • Press the power button on the ViewSonic remote to turn the projector on (projector will beep)

    • Wake up the AppleTV with the other remote (press any button)

    Note: remote controls are kept in the drawer next to the fridge

  • 1. Turn on gas (flip the hatch above the stove).

    2. Turn on the cook button on the left site of the oven.

    3. Light the pilot:

    • Open the small lower door under the main oven door to access the pilot.

    • Hold the red littler button.

    • Use a long lighter to ignite the pilot flame (if it is necessary).

    • Keep holding the red litter button for 30–60 seconds, then release slowly.

    • If the flame stays on, the pilot is lit.

    4. Set temperature (turn knob to desired temp).

  • You are not required to remove trash; LEE’S staff will clean the space after your event.

    If you run out of space in the kitchen bins, you may take bagged trash to the street:

    • Bags must be placed in the Waste Connections bin on Canal Street.

    • (Ensure trash is bagged and cardboard broken down. Improper disposal may result in fines)

    Cleaning:

    • All bookings include standard cleaning. This covers roughly 3 hours of cleaning and 3 contractor bags.

    • This is usually enough for most events, but please note that excessive cleaning may incur fees.

    Dishwasher:

    To ensure the dishwasher has hot water and cleans properly, run it 5 times before loading any dishes. This allows the water to reach the right temperature for effective cleaning.

    • Plates / Bowls / Glassware - on the shelves in the kitchen

    • Flatware - kept in kitchen island drawers

    • Stemware - please contact us for use

    • Linens - tablecloths/napkins kept in supply closet ($50 cleaning fee applies)

  • Paper towels, kitchen equipment, vases, and more are kept in the supply closet at the back of the kitchen.

  • Use the Nest thermostat to control A/C and heat (in the kitchen, on the wall next to the supply closet)

    • NO SMOKING (of any kind within the building)

    • Ensure GAS is OFF when not in use

    • NO GLITTER or CONFETTI
